Sound

To get all of our music and sound effects we went on the http://www.freesounds.org/  and downloaded the different sounds.

We wanted atleast two different types of atmospheric/tense music to go in the background whilst the the action and speech is going on. We also wanted a certain sound or short nursery rhyme to keep repeated at different points throughout the opening to get the audience to think what it has to do with the "villain" Tom and "victim" Rosy. We found a really eerie sound of a music box playing the theme from the film/ballet 'Swan Lake'. We thought as Rosy comes across pictures of two young girls, the music box sounds could bring back some childhood memories and help link the gravestone and pictures together, that possibly his daughters have died.
